Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. What this site is

This website is operated by Ryan Dooley ("we", "us") to describe and sell the Next.js SaaS Templates- downloadable source-code templates (the "Templates"). These terms cover this website and the live demo applications linked from it; together they are the "Site".

This website has no user accounts and no login: browsing it and joining the waitlist are the only things you can do here. The demos are running copies of the Templates, offered so you can try them before buying, and are covered by section 5.

2. Purchases & the seller of record

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant (seller) of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, and billing. Your purchase is therefore also governed by Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Where those terms govern the transaction itself, they control; these terms cover your relationship with us and your use of the Templates.

3. License to the Templates

What you may and may not do with a Template is set out in our License Agreement, which forms part of these terms. In short: you may build an unlimited number of your own applications, including for clients; you may not resell or redistribute the Template itself. The License Agreement governs in the event of any conflict about Template usage rights.

4. Refunds

If a Template isn't right for you, email us at support@rdooley.dev within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. After a refund, the license granted by the License Agreement ends: you must stop using the Template, delete your copies of it, and take down any application you built from it. The allowance in section 7 of the License Agreement for already-deployed applications applies only to termination for breach, not to a refund - a refunded purchase leaves you with no license at all.

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and are normally returned to your original payment method. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms or applicable consumer law - if those give you a longer or broader right to a refund, that right applies.

5. Acceptable use, and the demo applications

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its waitlist endpoint. We may block access that does.

Use the demos to evaluate the Templates - not to store anything. Do not enter real personal data, confidential information, or a password you use elsewhere, and do not use a demo to host content or as a service of any kind.

The demos are provided for evaluation only and on an as-available basis. We may change, reset, or take them offline at any time without notice, and we do not back up their contents. Nothing you put into a demo is stored for you or recoverable by you.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and the Templates, including their original content and code, are and remain the property of Ryan Dooley. Code you write in your own applications built from a Template is yours, as described in the License Agreement.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and the Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Dooley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Templates, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Template will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and both you and we consent to that venue.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
